SMS Terms

1. Program Identity

These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by Oakmere LLC d/b/a Oakmere Kitchen & Bath (“Oakmere”).

2. Types of Messages

• Informational / non-marketing messages may include quote-related questions, appointment confirmations/reminders, project updates, order/delivery updates, scheduling, customer-service communications, and similar requested service messages.
• Marketing messages may include special offers, promotions, seasonal offers, product announcements, re-engagement/reactivation, review or referral invitations, and related marketing updates. Financing-related marketing SMS is excluded until separately reviewed and approved.

3. Consent

Consent to informational SMS and consent to marketing SMS are separate, optional choices. Consent to marketing SMS is not a condition of purchase. The recipient must take affirmative action to select the applicable consent option.

4. Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

5. Opt-Out

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from Oakmere SMS from the applicable sender or Messaging Service. Supported opt-out keywords may also be honored by the messaging provider. After a valid opt-out, Oakmere will not continue sending SMS from that sender/service unless the recipient later provides a valid opt-in/resubscription. Oakmere may send one final confirmation of the opt-out when permitted.

7. Consent Records

Oakmere may retain records of the date, source, method, and version of consent language associated with an opt-in in order to document messaging permission and compliance.

8. Delivery

Wireless carriers and messaging providers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.

9. Privacy

Mobile information and messaging consent are handled as described in Oakmere’s Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be sold or transferred to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Eligibility / Device Responsibility

By providing a mobile number, you represent that you are authorized to use that number and to consent to messages sent to it.

11. Changes

Oakmere may update these SMS Terms. Material changes should be reflected in the applicable consent language/versioning and public terms when required.
